What if my order doesn't arrive?

Please allow up to 10 working days for UK orders to arrive or 30 days for international orders to arrive.

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 or 30 days, we recommend first checking with your buyer to confirm that the shipping address is correct.

Once confirmed, please get in touch with our team to let us know. If the parcel is missing, we can offer a full refund or replacement within 60 days of dispatch.

Orders reported as missing after 60 days may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
