Shipping Keywords for eCommerce Integration
There are certain shipping methods that require a keyword to be included in your rate name for orders to be received correctly when the order is sent to Inkthreadable.
Our system looks for these when an order is received from your Shopify store, so to avoid any mistakes, these keywords should be used for each shipping method.
Using these keywords is as simple as including them in the Name field for each shipping rate you set up.

Note: Royal Mail's large parcel service is used for any parcels 0.7kg+ shipping to any destination outside the UK, unless there's an exception that Royal Mail can't ship. In these cases a courier will be used at no extra cost to you.
Any methods which don't have a keyword included will use our default shipping methods based on the shipping destination and weight of the parcel, which are listed below:
