With Shipped by Seller, TikTok needs a valid tracking number for every order. Our integration adds the tracking number to your TikTok order for you, so there's nothing you need to do. TikTok then shares the tracking with your customer.
Check the tracking on an order
In Seller Centre, go to Orders > Manage Orders.
Find the order.
Open the order to see its tracking number and shipping provider.
If an order has no tracking
If we've emailed you to say your order is on the way but the tracking hasn't appeared on your TikTok order, you can add the tracking number from our email yourself. If you haven't had a dispatch email, contact us with your Inkthreadable order number and we'll check the order.
Never add a made-up tracking number to stop an order being cancelled. TikTok doesn't allow invalid tracking numbers, and can restrict your shop if you use them.
If TikTok shows a tracking problem
TikTok checks each tracking number with the carrier. If an order shows Logistics issue or No tracking data found in Manage Orders, contact us with the Inkthreadable order number, and we'll look into it.
TikTok's timings
7 working days: if an order has no tracking 7 working days after it's placed, TikTok tells your customer about the delay and offers them a cancellation and refund.
4 working days: TikTok expects Shipped by Seller orders to be delivered within 4 working days of the order. Late deliveries lower your shop's On Time Delivery Rate.
Note: Most of our products take 3 to 5 working days to make before dispatch, so we can't guarantee every order will reach your customer within TikTok's timeframes. TikTok orders are made in the same order as all our other orders, and we can't refund orders that arrive late.
For the quickest turnaround, we recommend products from our 3-day shipping range. Pay for your orders promptly, too, as we start making an order once it's paid.
