Tracking your parcel
Wondering where your order is?
There are two things to check:
Your order status
How the order is progressing through production, or;Your parcel tracking
Where the parcel is with the courier once it has shipped.
Order status vs parcel tracking
Until your order ships, the best place to look is your Order Tracking page. Paid orders enter the production queue and are shipped within 5 working days. For a full guide to order statuses see Tracking your order status.
Once your order is marked as Shipped, parcel tracking takes over.
Where do I find my tracking number?
Your tracking code is included in the dispatch notification sent to your email address, and can also be found on the order tracking page in your Inkthreadable account.
Different shipping methods will vary in the time it takes for tracking details to become available. Royal Mail and Courier deliveries to the UK may update within a few hours, but it may take up to 48 hours for USPS tracking to become available.
Within the UK, Royal Mail's Tracked service is tracked on collection and delivery only, and for more detailed UK tracking you'll need to choose the Courier option.
Both Tracked and Courier services offer detailed tracking for all orders shipped outside the UK.
Which courier has my parcel?
Depending on the size, quantity and shipping method, orders are shipped by Royal Mail or DX. Each courier may hand over to delivery partners for parcels being delivered outside the UK.
Royal Mail hands over to USPS for orders shipped Tracked to the US.
For each order you can track the parcel by using the relevant tracking page. If the courier has handed off to a partner, the tracking page will have the option for you to track the parcel with this parter.
How long should delivery take?
Delivery estimates for every shipping method are listed on our Shipping Costs page.
As a rule of thumb, please allow up to 10 working days for UK orders and 30 days for international orders to arrive.

What if my parcel is late or the tracking hasn't updated?
This is usually a delay rather than a lost parcel. Here's what to do:
Give the tracking a working day to catch up
Tracking updates can be delayed during transit, and terms like "in transit" or "awaiting processing" often mean the parcel is still moving through the courier's network.Check the delivery address
If you're a store owner, confirm with your buyer that the shipping address on the order is correct.Check for status clues
Tracking statuses such as "delayed" or "arrived late" can explain the parcel's progress.Still no sign?
Contact our team by live chat with your order number. We'll check the tracking with the courier and confirm the next steps.
If a parcel is confirmed missing, we can offer a full refund or replacement within 60 days of dispatch.
We can't issue replacements until 10 working days after dispatch for UK orders, or 28 days for EU and Rest of World orders, as the courier's claims process doesn't open until then.
Orders reported as missing after 60 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement, so please keep hold of your tracking number and report any problems promptly.
Bought from a store that uses Inkthreadable?
If you bought your item from an online store and it was printed and shipped by us, please contact the store you bought it from. They hold the order and tracking details for your purchase, and they can raise any delivery query with us directly on your behalf.
