How to review your unpaid orders
All unpaid orders sit in your account until their order status changes to paid, and then production begins.
Both your Sales and Order Tracking pages will display any unpaid orders, but your Unpaid Orders page bulks them together to see exactly which orders are waiting on payment. Using this page you can quickly pay for one, multiple, or all unpaid orders.
Locate the Orders: Navigate to the Unpaid Orders page to see all orders waiting on payment.
Select Your Orders: Use the checkboxes to select one or multiple orders that you want to pay for.
Choose Payment Method: Choose your preferred payment method from the drop-down menu.
Pay for Selected Orders: Click the 'Pay for selected orders' button. Once payment is processed successfully, the order status will update to 'Paid,' and it will proceed to production.
Once paid, the order status will change to Paid and it will enter production.
