We're happy to announce a new feature that has been heavily requested by Etsy merchants - you can now modify the postage method of an order before paying!
Please note: This method can only amend unpaid orders. If you have credits in your Inkthreadable account balance to pay for orders automatically, you will need to switch off automatic payment by unticking the checkbox on your Sales page.
Change Shipping Method Before Payment
Click the order from the unpaid orders page, and directly under the billing address there is a new section called "Postage and Packing".
Here, you can change the drop-down option to another available service within the shipping country.
Don't forget to click Update Order details at the bottom of the page to save the changes, and finally, pay for your order to enter production.
Your order will now be shipped with the updated shipping method!
