Understanding product pricing & reward tiers
Inkthreadable is completely free to use. There are no monthly subscriptions, sign-up fees or hidden costs. You only pay when an order is placed, so you can build your store and browse the full catalogue without spending a penny.
How product pricing works
Every product and its price is displayed on our website, with printing costs included. Prices are always updated in real time as you add or remove decoration areas and swap variants.
The initial price you see on the product page covers the product and the cost of the first decoration. This decoration can be print or embroidery in any location. To reflect this, when you upload your first design file to any decoration are the price won't change, and any additional decoration areas added or removed will see the price for fulfilment update in kind.

Each decoration location after the first costs an extra Ā£5.04 inc. VAT.Neck labels
Adding a printed label costs Ā£1.51 inc. VAT per t-shirt.
Note: adding labels requires you first set up your brand profile.
The displayed price updates automatically as you add additional decoration locations or labels, so you'll always see the full cost before you place your order.
Shipping & VAT
Shipping is charged separately. You'll find all delivery prices on our shipping costs page.

Reward tiers: earn up to 10% off every product
Our reward pricing gives you a discount on product prices based on your eligible spend (in GBP) within a calendar month.
There are five tiers:

How do I qualify for reward tiers?
When you reach a spending target within a calendar month, we automatically upgrade your account to your achieved reward tier on the first day of the following month. You don't need to apply for the discount.
Your eligible spend includes your product purchases (including VAT, before any discounts) and excludes shipping costs, fulfilment charges and credit purchases.
You'll hold your tier as long as your monthly eligible spend meets the requirements. If your spend increases or decreases during any month, your reward tier will increase or decrease respectively for the following month.
You can view your current reward tier on your tiered pricing dashboard when logged in to your account.
You'll also see your current spend, how close you are to your next tier, and how much your current tier has saved you so far!
