Sometimes, parts of your order are ready before others. Our partial shipment policy means weâll send out the items that are ready right away, instead of holding up the whole order. Anything still in production will follow as soon as itâs finished.
You wonât pay any extra shipping costs for these separate deliveries â weâll cover that.
When partial shipments happen
Your order might ship in separate parts if:
Some items finish production sooner than others.
Different print methods or stock arrivals affect when items are ready.
A particular product takes a little longer to complete.
If any items are ready to go, and a potential delay is detected for the above reasons, weâll dispatch what's ready straight away. The remaining items will ship as soon as theyâre done.
Notifications and tracking
Youâll get a shipping notification each time part of your order is sent, with details of whatâs included. When the rest of your items ship weâll send another update, so youâre always in the loop about where your orderâs at.
Tracking information for each parcel will be included in your shipping notification email.
Our goal is to keep things moving and get your products to you as soon as possible, and sometimes that means sending your order in more than one parcel.
