Sometimes, parts of your order are ready before others. Our partial shipment policy means we’ll send out the items that are ready right away, instead of holding up the whole order. Anything still in production will follow as soon as it’s finished.
You won’t pay any extra shipping costs for these separate deliveries — we’ll cover that.
When partial shipments happen
Your order might ship in separate parts if:
Some items finish production sooner than others.
Different print methods or stock arrivals affect when items are ready.
A particular product takes a little longer to complete.
If any items are ready to go, and a potential delay is detected for the above reasons, we’ll dispatch what's ready straight away. The remaining items will ship as soon as they’re done.
Notifications and tracking
You’ll get a shipping notification each time part of your order is sent, with details of what’s included. When the rest of your items ship we’ll send another update, so you’re always in the loop about where your order’s at.
Tracking information for each parcel will be included in your shipping notification email.
Our goal is to keep things moving and get your products to you as soon as possible, and sometimes that means sending your order in more than one parcel.
