Now you can access your Inkthreadable account, you will need to complete your profile to ensure we have the correct billing information for you.

Here, you can also choose whether to view prices including VAT or excluding VAT as well as choosing the currency you want to view our prices in, although do note all transactions are handled in GBP.

We know how important it is for your customer to see your branding when they receive their orders.

We offer a free, branded packing slip with each order and we also add your brand logo to the shipping label (if desired). To benefit from this you will need to complete your brand profile and upload your logo to the “Sticker section”.

You can also upload neck labels to be printed into products where this service is available.

Uploading suitable artwork is essential for us to produce a high-quality product for you and your customers.

On each of our product pages, you’ll find a PSD template available for you to place your artwork into and upload to our site.

It’s not a requirement for you to match our shipping rates. However, some customers prefer to do this to ensure they’re never out of pocket on shipping costs.

The method of matching our rates varies per platform, you can find the guidance to walk you through this here.

Our current lead time is 5 working days for most products but we do also offer some products which ship in a faster time of 3 working days too!

Our Core Range generally ships the fastest out of our entire range and we’d recommend using these items for a faster average lead time.
