Finding & using size guides
Every garment we offer comes from a manufacturer, and each one cuts their garments a little differently. This means a Medium from one brand won't always match a Medium from another.
The best way to get sizing right (for yourself or your customers) is to check the size guide for the specific product you're ordering.
Where to find the size guide
Size guides live on each product page on our website. Navigate to the product click the Sizing tab to see the measurements for every size that garment is available in.
Size guides are provided by manufacturers, meaning that while they may be uniform across their products, different brands might use different sizing standards. Measurements in centimetres are the most common, but you'll also see inches, women's sizes, and waist sizes.
How to read garment measurements
Size guides show garment measurements and will vary by product and brand. Some measurements to look out for are:
Half chest
The width across the chest of the garment, measured from armpit to armpit with the garment laid flat. Because this is half the chest, doubling it gives you the full chest circumference of the garment.Body length
The measurement from top to bottom.Sleeve length
The length from the shoulder to the end of the sleeve.
The best way to understand these measurements is to compare to a garment you already own and like the fit of. Lay your garment flat and measure at the same points.
Helping your customers choose the right size
If you're selling through your own store, we'd recommend adding the garment measurements from the product's size guide to your own product listings. That way your customers can check the fit before they buy, which helps avoid disappointment and returns.
Not sure about a fit? Order a sample
Measurements are helpful, but they're no substitute for trying the real thing.
If you're choosing between garments or launching a new product, we'd always recommend ordering a sample first so you can check the size, feel and fit for yourself. You can find out how in our guide to Ordering a Sample.

Received a garment that doesn't match the size guide?
Small variations can occasionally occur in garment manufacturing. If you've received a garment that seems to measure differently from the size guide, send us a message through live chat with photos and your measurements.
We'll check the garment against the brand's specification, and if it's measuring outside spec we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.
