Logging in and resetting your password
You can log in to your Inkthreadable account from the sign-in page using the email address and password you registered with.
Resetting your password
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it yourself in a couple of minutes:
Step 1: Go to the sign-in page and click Forgot your password.
Step 2: Enter the email address registered to your account. We'll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
Step 3: Follow the link and choose a new password. Your new password must meet the safety criteria to keep it secure.
Did you know? Using a password manager is a great way to make sure your password resets successfully. It securely generates and stores your new password, then fills it in for you automatically, so you don't have to remember or retype it on your next login.
Reset email not arriving?
If the password reset email doesn't appear in your inbox, try the following:
Check your spam or junk folder: reset emails can occasionally be filtered out of your inbox.
Check you're using the registered email address: the reset email is only sent to the address your account is registered under. This is the most common cause we see is the account being registered under a different address than expected, such as a general business inbox or an older email address. Try any other addresses you may have signed up with.
Submit the "Unable to sign in?" form: if you've tried the above and still can't get in, fill in the this form. This sends your login issue directly to our team for review, and you should receive a reply within about two hours during business hours.
Not sure which email your account is registered under?
If you can't remember which email address you used to sign up, send us a message and we'll help locate your account.
We'll need information that identifies your account, such as an order number or an order receipt email, to help us identify the account associated with those details. We can then confirm which email address the account is registered under so you can reset your password.
Changing the email address on your account
To change the email address on your account, head to your Profile page and click the change email link.
Changing your email will change the address order notifications go to, as well as changing the email used to log in. Make sure you have access to the new email address before swapping to it.
Still locked out?
If none of the above gets you back into your account, we're happy to help. Drop us a message through live chat and our team will look into it for you.
