With our TikTok Shop integration, you list your designs on TikTok Shop and we print and ship each order for you. Here's what to know before you start.

1. A customer buys your product on TikTok Shop.

2. The order comes through to your Inkthreadable account.

3. You pay for the order, or we take payment from your account credit.

4. We print, pack and dispatch the order.

5. We email you when it's dispatched, with the tracking number.

6. We add the tracking number to your TikTok order automatically, and TikTok shares it with your customer.

Your shop must use Shipped by Seller, because we ship your orders with our own carriers. TikTok sets up new shops with Shipped via Platform automatically, so you'll need to change this. We'll explain how in our TikTok shipping guide.

A few TikTok rules apply to Shipped by Seller orders:

Most of our products take 3 to 5 working days to make before dispatch, so we can't guarantee every order will reach your customer within TikTok's timeframes. For the quickest turnaround, we recommend products from our 3-day shipping range. It's important you understand the lead times for any product you choose to sell.

We can't offer refunds for orders unless there's a fault, or a parcel is lost.

Every new TikTok shop starts in TikTok's Shop Probation Program. At first you can receive up to 30 orders a day and list up to 100 products. The limits go up as your shop completes tasks and builds a good record. You can see your status on the Seller Centre homepage.

You can add credit to your Inkthreadable account so we take payment automatically, set up automatic payments on your account with an approved card, or pay for each order when it arrives. We start making an order once it's paid. Read more in our paying for TikTok orders guide.
