What print methods are used for print on demand?

Most of our print-on-demand catalogue is printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) technology. We also offer embroidery and dye sublimation products.

Which file format is best for printing?

Upload your artwork as a PNG file at 300ppi in RGB colour mode.

When printing on garments, it's important to ensure that your file is saved with a transparent background, and we cannot remove the white background from your print files.


What is the maximum printable area for t-shirts and sweatshirts?

Our standard DTG print area is 32cm x 50cm, though certain t-shirts, such as women's and kids are printed to a maximum size of 27 x 27cm depending on the maximum printable area.


What's the maximum printable area for hoodies?

Hoodies have a front print area of 40x30cm and a back print of 32x50cm.


What is the maximum printable area for mugs?

The maximum print size varies depending on the mug. Please supply all artwork as a 300ppi PNG in RGB colour mode.

What is the maximum printable area for wall art prints?

We offer fine art prints in the following sizes:

  • A4 Print - 29.7cm x 21cm

  • A2 Print - 59.4cm x 42cm

Can you print on dark garments?

Yes, of course! DTG is perfect for printing onto either white, coloured or dark garments.


Can I supply blank garments?

Unfortunately not. All garments we offer have been rigorously tested for printing, durability and comfort to guarantee a perfect finish and the longevity of your prints.


Can I print copyrighted images?

No, printing any copyrighted images is not allowed.

If you want to use a design or image owned by another artist or company, it must be licensed before we can print it for you. We also take copyright infringement very seriously and will not print any designs or images without proper permission from the copyright holder.

If you are unsure whether an image is copyrighted, we recommend speaking with the rights holder first. Additionally, if we find that there’s been an infringement of someone else’s intellectual property rights, we reserve the right to refuse a print job.
