Set up your WooCommerce Brand Profile

Learn how to set up your Brand Profile to include printed neck labels and branded packing slips with your WooCommerce orders

If you've set up your WooCommerce integration you can manage your Brand Profile directly through your Inkthreadable account.

It's a good idea to do this before you start managing your products to make sure your labels are ready to assign to your products when you create them.

If you haven't already integrated your WooCommerce store with us then that's your first step. But if you have, let's get started.

Creating your WooCommerce brand profile

Log in to your Inkthreadable account and head to your Brand page at Account > Brands. Click the Add new brand button.

At the top of this page you'll notice three tabs: BRAND, PACKING SLIP, and LABELS. Stay on the BRAND tab for now.

To begin, upload your brand logo and enter a name. You can save multiple brands to your account, so this will help you identify the brand you're creating later.

The logo uploaded here will appear on your packing slip. Packing slips are included automatically as a free service for all parcels shipped that include products using this brand profile.

Beneath your logo you'll find all the fields for customising the information on your packing slips.

Note: Packing slips will only ever include the information entered here along with a breakdown of the products ordered. The products will display the product names and resale prices from your store.

The customer service details are straight forward. They're not required fields, but the more info you give your customers the easier they'll find it to communicate with you.

The rest of the fields allow you to add customised messages to your packing slips. These messages are on a store level for all customers and are not intended to include on-off personal messages requested by individual customers.

Each field has a short description to help you complete them. Again, none are required, but why not take advantage of the space to include a thank you message or discount codes to drive return custom?

Once you're happy with your settings, click Save at the bottom of the page.

Choose your packing slip design

Click the PACKING SLIP tab at the top of the page. You'll see three options to choose from, with a link for you to preview how each will look with the details entered on the previous page.

Select your preferred design and slick Save.

Set up your printed neck labels

Printed neck labels are an optional extra £1.51 inc VAT per print. They are printed in the inner neck of certain products to a maximum size of 8 x 8 cm.

To add neck labels to your brand profile, click the LABELS tab.

Anything required (sizing, care instructions, country of origin etc) is already included as standard on the interior labels of all blank garments, so you don't need to include any of this information on your labels. This means you have complete creative freedom.

Your label design files should follow our design file guidelines.

You can upload as many labels as you like for each brand profile. If you want to upload a different label for each size, name them to clearly indicate which size is which. This will help with assigning the correct label to each size when linking your products.

After adding your labels your brand profile is complete!
