Shopify recently published an update to their platform which changes the way stock is managed. Unfortunately, this has affected how products appear in your store when exported.
Each Shopify store can be set up differently so the exact cause for your products showing out of stock can be down to a couple of reasons.
Defining your Fulfilment Location
The most common reason is that your products haven't been set to be fulfilled by Inkthreadable.
To resolve this go to Admin > Settings > Shipping and Delivery and click on your shipping profile.
Under fulfilment locations, check Inkthreadable Warehouse is listed as a location. If it isn't, click the blue Add locations button and select Inkthreadable Warehouse from the list.
Check where your products are stocked
If defining the Inkthreadable Warehouse as location doesn't fix the issue, it's likely your store thinks your products are stocked at an alternative location.
To check this:
Head to Products and select all affected products.
Click the Bulk Edit button.
Click the Columns button in the top right. Selected Stocked at.
Under the Stocked at column, select Inkthreadable warehouse and drag down all variants to apply this as the stock location.
Save all changes.
Still struggling?
If these two options don't fix the issue it's likely some alternative settings in your Shopify store are causing a conflict with the Inkthreadable App and how your store manages stock. If Shopify support can't identify the issue, reach out to our support team on live chat and we'll see if we can help.
