How to pay for multiple orders at once

Whether you're integrated or not, learn how to pay for any or all of your unpaid orders at once.

Updated over a week ago

There are a few different reasons why you might have unpaid orders in your account. you might have placed an order without completing the checkout process, or your store is integrated but you don't use credits to automatically pay for orders.ย

Whatever the reason, if you have unpaid orders in your account it's very easy to pay for them either one at a time or in bulk.

Please note: Orders only enter the production process once paid. The 3 to 5 working day turnaround time begins when the order is paid (not when it is placed).ย

Paying for your orders after they have been placed

Log in to your Inkthreadable account and head to your Unpaid Orders page. This page will list all orders that have been placed in your account but have not yet been paid for.ย

This list offers a breakdown of all the orders yet to be paid. You can see the order number, order date and time, who placed the order and the total to be paid.ย

To pay for one order simply select the checkbox to the left of the order number. Then scroll down, select your payment method and click the Pay for selected orders button.

It's exactly the same method when paying for multiple orders but instead of selecting one order select those you want to pay for in bulk. If you want to pay for all orders you can click the checkbox at the top of the list, to the left of the Order heading, which will fill all checkboxes automatically. Then you scroll down, select your payment method and click the Pay for selected orders button.
